This Privacy Policy explains what information FiveM Photo (the "Service") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
When you log in with Discord, we receive your Discord user ID, username, avatar, and email address (if granted). When you log in with email, we store the email address you provide. We also store the files you or your team upload, log entries submitted via the API, team and API token metadata, and basic session information (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used to keep you signed in and to let you review your own active sessions.
We use this information to operate your account and team workspaces, authenticate you, send account-related emails you've opted into (such as security notices for new API tokens or storage quota warnings), enforce these Terms, and maintain the security and reliability of the Service.
We do not sell your information. We may disclose information to team members you've added to a shared team (by the nature of shared team storage/logs), to comply with a legal obligation, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service or its users.
You can update your username, avatar, timezone, and email notification preference from your Profile Settings page at any time. You can revoke individual login sessions or all other sessions from the same page. You can delete a team (and its files) from Team Management if you are the owner.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including hashing API tokens and session identifiers, and restricting file downloads via signed, per-team paths. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Account and team data is retained for as long as your account or team exists. Uploaded files are retained indefinitely unless a retention policy is explicitly configured for a team, in which case matching files are deleted automatically after the configured period.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
